Most of SLA process uses ultra violet(UV) light and resin to cure by layer to layer. This research uses high sensitivity to visible light resin and controlling of pattern by smart phone as a 3D printing system, it lifts the platform when one layer curing. We also deploy the resin with high sensitivity to visible light, it can be use for this system successfully. The system is first invention in the world, it has high competitiveness and might change the 3D printing market with lower price. Using the light sources with the liquid crystal display masks do 3D printing before, But resolution of the liquid crystal display is too low so later developed utilizing DMD projection 3D printing, therefore the resolution better than liquid crystal display 3D printing.As technology advances, the smart phone screen solution is better than before, resolution can reach 15um (sub pixel), with respect to the projection, liquid crystal display high resolution and not only confined to a small area of the projection method, projection method to do resolution deteriorate a large area, but the liquid crystal display from smart phones and now 4K, 2K TV, bigger area is still able to maintain a large area fixed, this is one of the research topic. The popularity of smart phones, domestic and foreign manufacturers such as: htc, Asus, Apple, Samsung, LG and Sony, etc. With these mobile phone manufacturers have the opportunity to promote mobile phone-style 3D printing system, with built-in programs such as the phone slides、APP program to achieve dynamic mask.
