In response to the popularization of smart phone and tablet, the LED flash light model has been an indispensable device. It can enhance the CRI by using dual phosphor and modify beam angle, enhance efficiency and improve uniformity by using the flashlight lens with optical design software LightTools. The lens was designed by combination with free form and Fresnel lens. This thesis demonstrates how to achieve the high CRI, optimized uniformity and efficiency. In order to control the wide beam angle of LED light source, we should design the extrinsic curvature of lens. And it was designed by free form.
