Many countries start to make a strict law to punish the drinking and driving behavior. Therefore, many portable alcohol testers also appear in the market. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different alcohol testers, we have developed an alcohol tester which can connect to an Android platform for blood alcohol concentration (BAC). Furthermore, we have also developed a data management system to record and show the BAC value in a proper display on the Android platform with an APP.
