In recent years, to achieve public welfare goals of social enterprises through commercial operation has become one of the important issues of society. With the rapid development of information technology, it has been regarded as one of the important and indispensable ability to organizations. Through implementing information technology, the organization's core competitiveness has improved. It is the same with social enterprises. If a social enterprise wants to operate permanently, it will need to rely on the help of information technology. With the help of information technology, social enterprises not only significantly enhance organizational effectiveness, but also have a great impact on the whole society.
This study is from the viewpoint of the IT dominant logic and structuration theory. Through the application of information technology, this study shows the social impacts of its business model and strategy during the different periods of development. Through the research and analysis of this case, we can know that IT dominant logic will guide the organization to have a better development. With the change of the resources, rules and the management mechanisms, the organizations have a more extensive thinking and they can effectively spread their core concept. The most important thing for a social enterprise is to achieve its social impacts. According to the results of this study, the social impacts of the organization have several rules and development models. The result of this study provides the basic reference for the other social enterprises.
