Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === This study evaluates the marketability of technician certifications for commercial services in Taiwan, utilizing the fuzzy MCDM methods including the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP), and VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje). The literature review and experts’ opinions create the decision hierarchy framework with three main criteria and eleven sub-criteria, which are influential indicators that are in turn examined by fifteen related experts. The results show that demand is the most important aspect affecting the marketability among the three main criteria. Three sub-criteria, “market fit”, “employment opportunities”, and “government and regulations” are the most influential indicators affecting the supply, demand and intermediary aspects, respectively. In addition, the technician for accounting certification is the most marketable certification in the commercial services sector.
