Global supply chain achieves a series of interrelated business activities, including materials purchasing and product selling. For the main purpose of cost reduced and revenue increased, international tariff will influence the trade in global market. This study purposes a three-echelon location-allocation model and genetic algorithms for supply chain design considering both the demand and international tariff uncertainty, enterprises can adjust their decision from time to time and do the optimal solution in unknown condition in the future. It is based on selecting location of factory and company, also deciding delivery linkage and quantity decisions. The international tariff policy is really an important factor in global supply chain and this model is valid in global market by reference to the recent news. In this model international tariffs sensitivity analysis, it has enough evidence to say the parameters about international tariff in this model will influence the fitness value, especially as the tariff policy from company to market.
