Nowadays, our business operation model becomes dynamic and globalization, hence, risks raise is not only limit in one area but also impact to whole supplier chain like raw materials, assembling, component and brand. According it, enterprise operation risk evaluation becomes more complicated. The case study background is hundred years component supplier files bankruptcy protection in financial tsunami and use upstream supplier to be major topic to do co-work aspect research. Besides, this case study is not only help people to understand risk evaluation, project management, supplier chain management, but also support enterprise evaluate risk and direction when co-work with customer.
