TQM OC is defined by TQM artifacts (also called practices), TQM core values (which indicate management commitment/leadership, customer focus, focus on fact, Employee focus, total participation and continuous improvement), TQM underlying assumptions (which assume TQM benefits individual, organization and society) that organizational members share about the appropriate behaviors prevailing in an organization. In this study, seven Taiwanese companies, either the National Quality Award winners or finalists, are investigated by using the approach developed by Chen et al. in 2013. It is intended to make assessment of TQM organizational culture and come up the necessary actions followed by the assessment to improve TQM OC. The result reveals that the performance of business outcome in the seven companies is positively correlated to their TQM OC.
