Study on Cell-Edge Interference Management from Perspective of Degrees of Freedom

碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電信工程學研究所 === 103 === In this thesis, we first study the non-integer DoF of the time-invariant multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) interfering multiple access channel (IMAC) in the simple setting of two cells, K users per cell, and M antennas at all nodes. We use the linear interf...

We use the linear interference alignment with symbol extension scheme which are designed by Zhang and Huang in circularly-symmetric-signaling systems (CSS Systems) to achieve 2MK⁄((1+K)) in asymmetric-complex-signaling systems (ACS Systems) when K≤〖2M〗^2. These results are further extended to the time-invariant parallel MIMO IMAC with independent subchannels. Next, we consider time-invariant two-user multiple-input multiple-output interfering channel with symmetric configuration of antenna numbers. We provide the secrecy degree of region (s.d.o.f) in secrecy constraint, and we show that the lower bound of secrecy degree of region match with information theoretic upper bound. Finally, we extend this system model to arbitrary configuration of antenna numbers. We provide the more general secrecy degree of region under secrecy constraint and show that the lower bound of secrecy degree of region match with information theoretic upper bound.
