This brings P2P lending platform with unique strengths and weaknesses. P2P lending is different from traditional banks operationally, such as the transformation of depositors, role-play of intermediation, even the status of the borrowers. This thesis summarizes the future development of P2P lending platform and the risks they would face in the near term. This Thesis also analyzes the relationships between the P2P lending platform and traditional banks, and concluded that there could be competition or cooperation between them. This Thesis in addition, discusses the risks P2P lending would face under the Taiwanese legal environment perspective. For future further research, this thesis suggests that it needs to study the application of risk sharing theorem on P2P lending, the competition between incumbent and innovation firms. It also suggests a comprehensive study on regulations of different P2P finance business. Ming-Jer Tang 湯明哲 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
