Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部公共與文化事務碩士專班(假日) === 103 === Personnel staffs play as professional assistants in an organization. They serve their member and assist principal to make sure all of occupational activities are well done. Due to a whip system of personnel, personnel staffs not only need to achieve the goals that their soupier demands, but also care the harmony between all the coworkers and principal. First-step qualitative interview on personnel staffs of combined- personnel schools in Taitung County were held during March, 2014 and second-step quantitative questionnaire was tested during April, 2015. Subjects of quantitative questionnaire during April, 2015 are personnel staffs, teachers, and other staffs in combined- personnel schools. 17 questionnaires to personnel staffs are issued and 15 are valid; 664 questionnaires to teachers and other staffs are issued and 603 are valid. Analysis by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and so on, to understand differences, relationship and influence in role perception, organizational identification, and motivation needs in different background among personnel staffs of combined-personnel schools in Taitung County.
