Abstract
This study took the 20 firefighting teams within the jurisdiction of fire station in Taitung County as the case study, and data envelopment analysis was applied to conduct efficiency analysis on the amount of human power, equipment and education and training invested in the each firefighting team, so as to understand the training effect of each team and whether the equipment configuration is proper or not. Thus, the government is able to exercise the effect of making the best use of talents and materials with the limited resources.
