| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 休閒事業管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === Today, most of the fellow citizens of Taiwan concern about the crucial issue vis-à-vis the effectiveness of military sophistication and training of our military force as it is very important for influencing the security of this country. Since our military force has changed its organization structure to sophisticatedly minimize the size, it has also increased the workloads and pressures to our soldiers and military staff. And because of that, our members tended to get retired earlier than the actual years. Therefor, this study is to help dealing with this problem. In this study information will be provided and the goal is to develop the happiness of the members of military force. Questions like how people would like to do in their spare time? what kind of activities they are interested in?…etc. were asked inside the questionnaires and distributed to 250 military staff of an Air Force base in order to collect for further statistical analyses. In the large-scale survey study, 39 invalid responses were deleted and the left 211 valid responses were conserved for the measurement model and structural model validation of the proposed theoretical model of this study. The descriptive statistical analysis and component-based structural equation model technique (CBSEM) of partial least squares (PLS) wereapplied to analyze the collected empiricl data. The results of this study reveal that how people feel during their vacation, and what activiies do they enjoy and how that affects their life and feelings, It’s all related to one another. The researcher hopes the research findings of this empirical study can help the working staff of the Air Force in Taiwan have a better enviornment, and more excellent military staff could then be more willing to stay for serving our country.
