The firefighting organizations year-round unit, its daily service is available twenty-four hours while the fire brigade needs of each region repeatedly over some time period to produce a member on active table, in addition must also produce each periods of work allocation table, so scheduling problem in terms of fire protection for their organization's extremely important.
Furthermore firefighters scheduling problem compared to other general corporate shift to more complex issues, the primary reason for the fire units are year-round operation, followed by the reason for the duty and await orders there in the existing work of the project were among and therefore enhance the complexity of the problem. Furthermore is the fire squad unit’s still traditional manual scheduling plus firefighter’s rules of thumb to handle scheduling problems. Therefore, this study, that the data can construct their scheduling mode, trying to obtain relatively fair distribution of the scheduling and content of the service in a short period, in order to meet the firefighters for the fairness of scheduling needs. In this study, a unit of Kaohsiung as an example, the construction of its firefighters scheduling model, expect to have efficient and rapid generation of a fair distribution of class table and work table.
Constructivism of this research model not only can reduce cases of scheduling time unit, can produce more than the average of the class table, thereby reducing the burden of scheduling unit in charge of the service, in the results, the study use case unit for three months ban table and Construction of this study as a model of artificial shift of the object compared to each other, observe the case of each member of the squad on duty total number of hours and the standby time dispersion of the total number.
Construction of this study via a pattern comparison can only output fairer class table, the total number of hours on duty of its members may be from the original total number of hours of duty roster artificial dispersion of 25% reduced to 1% or less, but also the number of days each members is minimized.
