This study investigates the current status of workplace bullying, responses to bullying, and effects of bullying. Through an online questionnaire survey, working people’s experiences of bullying are analyzed and summarized. According to many previous studies, cyberbullying is prevalent because of the rapid development of Internet technology. However, the effects of cyberbullying on people have not been elucidated. This study investigates the effects of cyberbullying in the workplace and determines whether cyberbullying is a new form of workplace bullying.
