碩士 === 國立臺中科技大學 === 商業設計系碩士班 === 103 === Recently, the arts and culture travel has become the latest trend around the world. There are a variety of cultural events in many major cities. In 2010, Taichung city has become the municipality in Taiwan. Except for the traditional trips, the people will have more demand for Taichung tourism. As a result, the writer studied literature review and field research to generalize the arts and culture attractions in Taichung. Therefore, the theme of this creation is to design a Taichung Guide Book, which is for the arts and culture attractions. According to the species and regional distribution, the writer generalized 18 attractions, for example: National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Dadun Cultural Center, National Museum of Natural Science, CMP Block Museum of Arts, Asia Modern, 921 Earthquake Museum, Taichung Cultural and Creative Industries Park, Stock 20, Taichung Broadcast Studio, Mayor&;apos;&;apos;s House, Natural Way Six Arts Cultural Center, Freedom Men Art Apartments, YAMI Art, Fantasy Story Green Way,The Factory Mojo Coffee, Mezamashi Kohi-trio, Match Café and Forro Café. In order to complete the guide book, the writer selected 18 attractions, painted 36 illustrations, wrote introductions and classified the topics by 6 different colors. Afterwards, arrange all the images and words clearly and abundantly in the guide book creation. Follow this special illustration guide book, the readers will discover the different beauties of Taichung. The purposes of this creation are as follows: (1) To tell the cultural features of Taichung by narration. (2) To show the beauties of Taichung by illustrations. (3) To arrange the images and words clearly and abundantly. On the basis of these purposes, this arts and culture guide book will increase the arts qualities in Taichung, and attract the readers to participate in the cultural events.
