The research method involves the development of a questionnaire on user satisfaction and acceptance of online document signature system based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Investigating on user acceptance of online document signature system , Documents related factors further investigate the effect of online sign- system behavior. In this study, Taichung each district office documents online using the sign-system users for the study, a total of 343 questionnaires, 300 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 87.46%. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS external variables proposed &;quot;user training&;quot; and &;quot;perceived usefulness&;quot; technology acceptance model, the &;quot;perceived ease of use&;quot;, &;quot;attitude toward use&;quot;, &;quot;intended to use&;quot; and &;quot;acural system use&;quot;, etc. relations between variables were analyzed, and verified &;quot;management mechanism&;quot; interference effect on the intended use and usage behavior. The results show, user trainin will definitely affect the users of the online document signing system of the cognitive situation、acceptance and use of the system behavior.User training directly affect users of the online sign-core systems of perceived usefulness、perceived ease of use, and indirectly affect the behavior of the system. In addition, after adding interference variables management system , the results showed that &;quot; management system in Intension use and actual system use non- association between the positive moderating effect.
