In addition, although the homemade organic agriculture using organic fertilizer, adopting layers of filtration of water for irrigation, constructing scaffolds of net house for preventing diseases and insect pests, but the crops yield less and expensive, and may also be affected by the nearby traditional agricultural areas. The plant factory adopting greenhouse agricultural production, but its energy consumption is too high and its key hardware and software equipment is expensive, especially coupled with the high cost of high energy consumption. Therefore this study attempted to find a balance among the three ones. Accordingly, this study based on A case of Vegetables and Fruits Marketing Cooperative Association and B case of organic farm of a unique business model, and use the 9 Building Blocks of Business Model Generation as the frame of study by Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur. This study mainly would discuss how to drive the change of Taiwan’s agricultural industry and get out of the trouble of Taiwan’s agriculture through innovative business model of agricultural science and technology, and meanwhile create an opportunity for future development of Taiwan’s agriculture as well as build the business model different from other competitor’s one.
