This study has found that most of the tourism websites nowadays have problem in both computer and mobile phone, which does not have synchronized information. This study uses Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area website to perform the usability test. This study uses System Usability Scale (SUS) to investigate the users’ satisfaction on the website’s user interface. Interviews are then given to collect problems encountered by the users. The result concludes that the usability of RWD website in mobile phone is superior than original website.
