These stages are not only characterized by their diversity, but can are also retrospective. 2. The subject’s source of resilience depends on her personality, beliefs, crisis management ability, and the support from the social system. 3. Positive attitude is a crucial factor which allows the subjectr to cope with and to get through the predicaments in different phases of her career development. Based on the research outcome, this thesis presents two suggestions for teachers and schools to cultivate the power of resilience whenever in need: 1. For teachers: (1)To Develop social skills in order to acquire necessary resources and inter-personal support. (2)Prioritize self-cultivation in order to face challenges brought by a predicament (3)To maintain positive thinking especilly in negative situation. 2. For schools: (1)To foster a harmonious and autonomous environment (2)To offer a forum which encourages teachers to share experiences Mu-Jin Chen 陳木金 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 132 zh-TW |
