Method: 30 elementary school boys to study, divided into vertical training unit (10), football practice groups (10 people), and the control group (10 persons). Does not exercise control group, the experimental group for an eight-week roller and football courses, three classes a week, each 1 hour 30 minutes. Dynamic balance ability and training before and after each measurement (eye beam), static (closed eyes standing on one foot), coordination (Bobby tests), agility (ten-meter shuttle run), responsiveness (selection), speed (60 m run), power (for jumping), such as athletic ability. Experimental data obtained from a single factor analysis, statistical tests. Result: One, inline skating training group and the control group in standing on one foot with the eyes closed tests, eye opening through beam tests, reaction tests that there was a significant difference (P<.05), others were not significantly different (P>.05). Second, soccer practice standing on one foot with the eyes closed between the Group and the control group test, squat leg test and that's selected response tests are significantly different (P<.05), others were not significantly different (P>.05).
