Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 數學暨資訊教育學系(含數學教育碩士班) === 103 === The objectives of this paper are to study tap water consumption in the six special municipalities in Taiwan, to analyze their water consumption from 2004 to 2014, and to apply the GM(1,1) model of the grey theory to establish water consumption prediction models for average water consumption of the six cities as a whole and for annual total water consumption of each city. We analyze water consumption in Taiwan based on the statistics of tap water consumptions from 2004 to 2014 by the publications of the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Combing a module of MATLAB and EXCEL as a processing software, we deploy the GM(1,1) prediction theory to establish prediction models and empirical analyses of tap water consumption. The result shows as follows: First, the highest daily water consumption per capita is in Taipei city and the highest annual total water consumption is in New Taipei city. Second, daily water consumption per capita will continue to increase in the six special municipalities. Third, annual water consumption per capita will also continue to increase. Finally, The GM(1,1) prediction model has a high accuracy rate in tap water consumption predictions.
