Although the Ministry of Education investigated many policies of other developed countries, the problems are not solved. Most people in Taiwan take college diploma seriously. Under the impact of the declining birthrate, the number of students and a large number of schools showing the imbalance between supply and demand, leading to decline in the quality of higher education The United Kingdom is one of the European powers. Elite system is the basic concept of the education system in the U.K.. Both in terms of expertise or in academia have bred many world-class talents. The research focuses on the relationship among university marking system, teaching and learning. The students in Taiwan can pass the exam when they get 60 scores. It’s the basic standard. However, students pass the exams when they get 40 in the U.K.. Two methods were used in this research: Questionnaires and Quasi-experimental Design. The questionnaires are based on a simulation situation. Subjects are university students and office workers. Besides, we also sent e-mails to the international students department of universities in the U.K.. and expected that they can reply to our requests and share their opinions of different marking systems.
