Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 輪機工程學系 === 103 === In order to reduce the possible contamination during the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, a micro-particle monitoring system is designed in this research. We use CIMScan to construct a graphical user interface for the monitored process. Micro-particle sensors are located on different ventilation inlet ports. When there is single contaminated particle extent exceeding the monitoring limit, the location and the contaminated level can display immediately. Correction can be made to reduce the contaminants, and hence the quality of the drug production can be maintained. Effectiveness of the proposed design is verified for actual pharmaceutical manufacturing process. The results indicate that the monitoring system functions well as expected.
