Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 環境生物與漁業科學學系 === 103 ===  This study is an important topic of discussion for future development of shellfish industry in Taiwan, and propose some strategies for shellfish industry by compare and analysis for development and management system of shellfish industry in Taiwan, China, Japan and South Korea.  The specific purpose of the research is to analyze the production and industrial structural changes of shellfish industry over the years in Taiwan, China, Japan and South Korea; to compare administrative system, industry-related laws and regulations, strategies for industry development and general situation of non-governmental organization; to understand the extent of commitment for national shellfish aquaculture industry.  The conclusion of this study is: to ensure the shellfish industry to be in sustainable development, we should (1) improve the mode of growth; (2) establish a flawless administration system and push the government to legislate for shellfish industry; (3) set up a construction of shellfish industry association, proficient in communicating; (4) build up the industrialization of shellfish production and make efforts to bring up more person of ability.
