When the machine broke down and can’t be used, the traditional way to solve is calling the company's customer service staff and then the engineers will arrive to customer's home to fix the machine. In this way, customers have to stay at home and wait for the engineer to come, it's a sheer waste of time and inconvenient. So this study collected Indoor Telecom apparatus including: 1, telephone voice 2, Internet3, MOD which the barrier to be summarized and analyzed, and analyzed the long-term accumulation of experience in the telecommunications service personnel in troubleshooting and repair methods, the application of expert systems technology, For indoor telecommunications equipment failures develop a diagnostic system based expert system, aimed at improving the traditional repair process, when a failure occurs, first guiding customers to filter the reason through the system and the location of fault occurs, and then to achieve the goal that makes customers doing self-exclusion and repair, and then calling the service staff Disorder about outdoor problem , and don't have to waiting at home for repairing. So this research is more saving of effort and time than the traditional way, we expected the benefits of the system is that each fault repair of the interior barrier, Repair time reduced time from 6 hours to 1 hour.
