Based on the farm production processes to design the electronic forms, and Database combined with the smartphone application to control the overall farm production operations. First, through understanding the works of farm, for example orders, production, shipping and other working conditions. The farm is divided into four sub-production management systems, namely: production systems, scheduling systems, inventory systems, and report system. And then to develop the program in accordance with the functional needs of the various subsystems. In terms of smartphone applications, providing farm managers can grasp the current situation at any time, including: orders, inventories, works and schedule status. After import the system actually, farm production processes information can be recorded more reliably. Not only solve the problem of saving information in papers but also make information search and integrated reporting easier. It emphasizes simple and intuitive user interface of this system in electronic forms is also reduce operational complexity and operating time effectively, and reduces data error rate through foolproof mechanism form. In manager perspective, mobile client application can make it more immediate grasp of the farm situation.
