Port city is easily considering of making use of the port to help its city marketing. This study focuses on investigating how Keelung port can have influence on shaping the tourist's city image. Through conducting an empirical survey, four factors having influence on the image of Keelung city are discussed. In addition, the factors with higher ranking of importance to improve the city image are “increase of port cultural” and “enhancement of festival marketing”, which followed by “build-up of sightseeing facilities” and “improvement of transport services”.
