| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 103 === More than ten of billions of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics great potential growth of the pharmaceutical market;however requirement are generratd from pharmaceutical cold chain are sensitive to the environmental conditions,a relative short period of limitation, hard to storage and transportation conditions, and relatively high cost and other characteristics.The domestic drug distribution is deliver from large (middle) medical institutions, clinics,and pharmacy chains, to cover every corner of the larger difficulty of execution services.Most vendors are trying to reduce the coast or ignore the importance of cold chain logistic quality, the service quality of storage, transportation, and marketing are seriously affected. In this research, logistics service quality ingredient 31 service quality problems are proposed based on.According to the Pharmaceutical cold chain situation and domestic third party service current,the application of Kano two-dimensional mode are used to analyse the exact categorizing of service quality.It is found that the viewpoint of logistics service is consistent with different stage member's interviewee in the supply chain.The refinement Kano two-dimensional mode, is also applied to find the critical factors that truely attract the customer's service quality ingredient,and then provide a different service quality and reference of GDP performance for pharmaceutical industry in choosing the third party logistics standard. This research also applies IPA to analyze the importance and satisfaction of service quality item and the importance and satisfaction degree index, The first improvement to fall in the service item of"having the initiative improvement", which provides a logistics business improvement and continuously satisfies all"high additional value quality" and"key quality".Implement and improve service quality as a key factor to increase the competitive advantage in the industry.
