It proportion of the total industry 20%.Besides, in the European Union every years more than 5,500 people lost their lives by occupational accident and 159,000 people died by work-related diseases。If the expected risks in the workplace is proper management and implementation of appropriate preventive measures that people could be survived more.
This study uses the construction safety and health management model of construction occupational health and safety management system by PDCA method documentation.It starts from the Initial review, policy development, goal-setting, training and hazard risk identification to process safety audits and to improve safety and health.Firstly, to make site environment safety and health facilities in accordance with statutory requirement.Secondly, to follow safety and health management program within the site and promotion system of safety culture in the workplace.This study is to investigate the construction process of building construction,Based on the ministry of labour announced the construction occupational safety and health management system as a benchmark to build an occupational safety and health management system.The system is using fault tree analysis for accident reason to analyses the reason of defect while the construction is working.Consequentially, using the 5C method to improve measure analysis to develop countermeasures to confirm the site the real causes of insecurity for provided as a basis for security policy reference and assist institutions in understanding COSHMS build process to reduce the incidence of construction site safety risks.
