Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 健康促進與衛生教育學系 === 103 === This study was designed to investigate the current situation and relatedness of academic achievement, resilience, and internalized behavior problems of high-grade elementary school students from Taichung. The investigative research method was adopted, with 1,142 6th-grade classes of public elementary schools in Taichung City allotted for the first semester of 2014 as the sampling population. The purposive sampling method was adopted to collect samples of 21 classes. A total of 507 questionnaires were distributed, of which 491 copies were recovered. After review, 12 were deemed as invalid, with 479 valid copies, accounting for an effective recovery rate of 96.84%. Findings show that students whose main caregivers in the family are not their parents had higher internalized behavior problems; boys had lower internalized behavior problems, and students who had higher resilience had lower internalized behavior problems. Finally, based on the above research results, the research limitations and possible future research direction were discussed, and recommendations targeting students’ physical and mental healthcare were proposed.
