Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 美術學系 === 103 === This study focuses on surveying the career development of students after they completed the Program for Preservation and Transmission of Folk Arts. With the understanding of their background, motivation, current career planning (if they devote themselves to related job or not) by in-depth telephone interview to find out the effect of learning, their thought about career path, and futhermore, to know the current development, future perspectives and proper ways of preservation and transmission of folk arts. After in-depth interview with students of every subjects in the program for preservation and transmission of folk arts, we could assume that: to achieve the goal of indigenous preservaiton, all the elements of macro environment should coordinate with each other besides the transmission program. Therefore, the participation of general public and the integrity original environment are the most importment supports for sustainable development of folk art.
