However, the victim whom were mandatory reported, not all cases are related to unequal power and control. Between social welfare institutions and scholars, citing issues of violence in the interpretation of intimate relationship, appear increasingly diverse different view. Review of the Domestic Violence Prevention Act of domestic development context and review the relevant literature, it is closely related to the anti-gender oppression. Women's rights movement focused on the alert under patriarchal oppression. This study was to explore how social workers to identify cases of power and control types as the core axis, through qualitative research study of the depth interviews, semi-structured interviews to outline the interview in Taipei, Taoyuan County, a total of eight practitioners. The study found that power and control types of cases are still real existence, just as is mandatory reporting of cases coming in gradually follow the patterns and characteristics of changing times and become more diverse. Social workers in order to comply with a standardized workflow within the time frame to deal with cases, and not easy to identify the type of power and control cases. Thus, according to the needs of different cases to adjust interventions is also not easy. After experiencing a social worker impact on practice, developed for different levels of power and control cases experiential learning, as well as security-based interventions at the event, and so provide different services of the power and control type and situational of partner violence.
