The researcher compares class management and awareness of anti-bulling effectiveness of teachers with different background variables. The researcher also investigates the correlation and prediction of teachers’ class management and anti-bulling effectiveness in this study. The researcher collected 506 teacher questionnaires and 14948 student questionnaires. The researcher employed PASW Statistics 18.0 to analyze the data and calculate t –test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression. The findings suggest that, the status of teachers’ class management is on high-intermediate level. Teachers have the highest perception in “class regulation management” aspect. Teachers with different background variables have significant difference on class management perception. The status of students’ anti-bulling effectiveness is on high-intermediate level. Students have the highest perception in “Friendly atmosphere” aspect. Teachers with different background variables, whose classes have significant difference on perception of anti-bulling effectiveness. Elementary school teachers’ class management displays significant positive correlation with students’ anti-bulling effectiveness. Teachers’ class management variables make effectively prediction of anti-bulling effectiveness. The researcher expects the findings to offer the reference for class management and future study.
