| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study mainly focused on the topic about the relationship between environmental pressures, green technology, green management, and environmental performance. This study chose I company as the above argument by applying the case of the utilization of stripper recycle system (SRS). The results showed that the influences of the environmental pressure on green management can be attributed to the factors of the attitude of the company’s leaders, the cost cutting, lowering the cost of raw materials and efficiency of energy usage, cutting wastes. First, a firm’s external pressures are from Environmental regulations and the standards of removal suppliers are the major source of a firm’s external pressures. Second, In terms of the relationship between the green technology and green management, raising a firm’s rate of recycling and the processing capacity is first task. The second task is the control of processing equipment. Third, besides reduction of wastes, reusing, recycling, and recovery, green management can persistently improve a firm’s environmental performance.
