This study chooses A company as the case to investigate how managing the collaborative network within multinational corporation for value creation. This study proposes that the development process of collaborative network within multinational corporation, the formation of network centrality through the natures of network structure of network, and the maintaining the stability of collaborative network by coordinating and allocating resources. The results show that the natures of network structure will affect the parent company to build its network centrality. The parent company’s abilities of coordination and integration influence the subsidiaries’ resources and interdependency. The parent company can create more value for its customers by enhancing the stability of collaborative network.
