碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 生態科學與技術學系生態旅遊碩士班 === 103 === ABSTRACT Due to the prosperous development of domestic B&B market, many enterprises are now facing a highly competitive situation. Uniqueness has become the key point to adapt to the rapid changing environment. For the past few years, the Ecolodge (the combination of B&B and ecology) has become a trend for tourism and recreation. This research analyzed, first, the latest operation situation (including Sky gift B&B, Salt-house B&B, Shifen B&B, Lanzen B&B and Yihe B&B) to find out deficiencies needed to be improved; second, the environmental-friendly resolution for the optimum benefit based on B&B owner's suggestions and strategies towards Ecolodge. According to documentation analysis method, Ecolodge B&B could be divided into six sections in this research, including local characteristics, ecology environment experiences, green facilities, green measures, sustainable development and operational guidelines. Referring to the six sections above, we adopted the Documentary Analysis while interviewing the five specific B&B which located in Southwest Coast National Scenic Area. With the questionnaires that are approved by specialists, we used SWOT analyses to draw up the most appropriate suggestions and strategies for respondents. The conclusion could be divided into two main parts based on the surveys; first, the discussion of the structural status of current Ecolodges. Second, the 64 strategies that are proposed by the respondents.To sum up, the research has come up with 13 practicable strategies for B&B owners and the Government respectively.
