However, there are so many online learning material resources on the Internet. In this thesis, we construct items ontology and teaching materials ontology to classify the item concepts with material concepts. In this thesis, we take the Tainan City Incubator Project for Mathematical Remedial Instruction Learning Materials as items and teaching materials. The range of Tainan City Incubator Project for Mathematical Remedial Instruction Learning Materials is from grade 3rd to 6th. We follow the mathematical domains to group the mathematical teaching materials and classify the mathematical teaching materials with their concepts to construct the mathematical teaching material ontology. The item ontology is followed the Tainan City Incubator Project for Mathematical Remedial Instruction Learning Materials to classify and analyze the item concepts to construct the item ontology. Next, we use Fuzzy TOPSIS to find out the mathematical teaching materials which correspond to the item concepts. In order to get the teaching materials recommendation results, we apply Fuzzy TOPSIS teaching materials recommendation to find out the mathematical teaching materials’ correct rankings. In the experimental results, we can get the strength between items and teaching materials by teaching materials ontology and item ontology. We also get the teaching materials’ ranking from Fuzzy TOPSIS. Then, we provide students with these adaptive mathematical teaching materials to let them learn and practice online.
