The students of two classes were divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group recorded experiments with Goodnotes APP on tablet computer, while the control group edited experiment records with Powerpoint. The duration of the teaching experiment was six weeks. Within one week after that, the Electrochemistry and Magnetism achievement test was proceeding in order to understand the effect of learning results based on different ways to record experiments, which also recorded the students’ operating and the difficulties encountered on the teacher’s journal. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. There was teaching effectiveness whether the students used Goodnotes APP or Powerpoint to record Physics and Chemistry experiments. 2. Students use Goodnotes APP or Powerpoint experiment records, in learning physics and chemistry department, although no significant differences in effectiveness, but for students is a fun way to do the record, but also because digital notebook(Goodnotes APP) can faithfully reproduce the experimental results, when the teacher can explain more accurate grasp of the problem students. 3. When explaining the experiment records of Physics and Chemistry, the teacher could mark the records that the students of the treatment group made on the APP, so the concentration in class was higher than the control group.
