This study draws on questionnaires from 116 Taiwan’s incubated start-ups and applies regression analysis to investigate the main argument. The results show that the incubated start-up’s explorative learning has a positive effect on its innovation performance. And, incubated start-up’s explorative learning has a positive effect on the technical assistances from its incubator. Furthermore, the technical assistances offered by its incubator have a positive effect on the incubated start-up’s innovation performance. In other words, this study finds that the technical assistances offered by incubators mediates the relationship between incubated start-up’s explorative learning and its innovation performance.
