The samples of this research were regular employees who had worked in the international tourist hotels for more than 6 months, and a total of 350 questionnaires were dispatched. A total 278 valid questionnaires were received, with a responding rate of 79 %. This study adopted SPSS software system for data analysis. According to the data analysis, the research results are as follows: There are positive correlations among “Intention to stay”, “Workplace Well-being”, “Job Satisfaction”, and “Leadership style”. “Job Satisfaction” has a significant impact on “Workplace Well-being”. Both “Job Satisfaction” and “Workplace Well-being” have significant influences on “Intention to stay”. Through the intermediary effect of “Job Satisfaction”, “Workplace Well-being” has a positive impact on “Intention to stay”. “Leadership style" does not have interference effect on the relation among " Job Satisfaction ", "Workplace Well-being", and" Intention to stay."
