Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 動力機械工程學系 === 103 === To manufacture a high-resolution magnetic recording medium is the goal of this thesis, which increases the resolution and accuracy of the magnetic scale with the 1mm pole pitch. Two approaches are proposed : one is to advance the capabilities of design, fabrication and the coil winding technique of the magnetizer including geometries, input current and gap between the front end of the magnetizer and medium. The other considers the relationship of the magnetic field and magnetic resistance sensors to discuss the parameters effecting the resolution and accuracy of the encoder, which consists of the magnetic field shape, strength and pole pitch error.
