Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程與工程管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === Electrical products has become consumer products which rapidly renovate and upgrade. To survive in the market, companies are forced to continuously improve their research and production technology so as to meet Customers’ requirement and maintain their competitive advantage. Several management methodologies such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Quality Control Circle (QCC) were developed and implemented to address the above issue. However, most of research only focused on operational aspects and empirical studies, only a few studies addressed how culture, system and organization incorporated and analyze key successful factors for performance assessment. Therefore, this study aims to investigate these research gaps according to in-depth interviews of leading enterprises in electric industry. The result of this study can be a guide for enterprises to promote successful implementation of TQM and QCC related techniques.
