The methods in this paper was using Grounded theory of Qualitative Research, through in-depth interviews to understand their learning during their were graduate students. Results of this study are as follows: (1) teaching in the classroom, the behavior of the teacher, the environment of learning, personality traits, Self-evaluation, personal background and Tolerance of Ambiguity are Chinese learning anxiety factors, and (2) foreign graduate students will take strategies such as social network strategy, learning strategy, and avoidance strategy in response to learning anxiety.
