Chu- Chun Abstract   The purpose of this study is to analyze the two beginning principals’ practice of their duties and their adjustment in the difficult circumstances. The research is conducted with qualitative research and mainly focus on interviewing and complemented with document analysis.   The conclusions: 1. Both beginning principals in this case are passionate towards education. They insisted in committing to their original intention with an active and steady role practice. 2. The beginning principals in this case are capable of leading their colleagues to conduct affairs on campus while attending to administrative operation. Only the means they apply vary. 3. The beginning principals have the ability to assign educational resources in an effective manner in this case whilst leading the teachers to keep improving in their professional field positively. 4. The beginning principals focus on the development of the course in school and seek relating resources. 5. The beginning principals value the promotion of public relationship. They make an effort in building a good relationship with public connections. 6. The beginning principals cooperate to develop educational reform and associating measure. 7. The beginning principals response to challenges by solving them positively, seeking outside resources, and inquiring from other schools when facing difficulties with administrative affairs, guiding educational events, arranging courses, public relationships, promoting educational reform, and other obstacles.   Based on the result of this research, suggestions are made as references for beginning principals and education administrations.
