Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 永續觀光暨遊憩管理碩士學位學程 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to construct and examine the relationships among work engagement and service performance of fortline employee in the international tourist hotel and moderating effects of service climate. Fortline employee of the international tourist hotel were invited to participate in this study. A total of 500 questionnaires were delivered and a total of 396 usable questionnaires were finally achieved.The results of this study indicate that (1) work engagement has a positive and significant effect on the service performance; (2) service climate has a positive and significant effect on the service performance;(3) service climate has not a positive and significant moderating effects on the relationship between work engagement and service performance.Mangagerial implications and future research directions are also provided in the study.
