A summary of research findings are listed below. 1.The overall situation of using 3C products by young children in central Taiwan is at the level of better than median, in which time is the best phase, followed by manners, then kinds and reasons. 2.Young children in central Taiwan are at lower middle level of Attention Deficiency and Hyperactivity Phenomenon Rating Scales. 3.In the situation of using 3C products by young children in central Taiwan, there are significant differences due to “the ages of young children” and “the educational level of the primary caregiver”. 4.There are significant differences between genders of young children in their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon. 5.The positive correlation between the situation of using 3C products by young children and their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon is low, i.e. the worse the situation of using 3C products by young children is, the more evident their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon becomes. 6.The "manners" of young children using 3C products, age of young children, and the " reasons" of young children using 3C products can be used to predict their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon. According to the results, the study provides suggestions for primary caregivers, kindergarten, education-related units and the future researchers. 5.The positive correlation between the situation of using 3C products by young children and their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon is low, i.e. the worse the situation of using 3C products by young children is, the more evident their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon becomes.
6.The "manners" of young children using 3C products, age of young children, and the
" reasons" of young children using 3C products can be used to predict their attention deficiency and hyperactivity phenomenon.
According to the results, the study provides suggestions for primary caregivers, kindergarten, education-related units and the future researchers.
