Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育舞蹈學系碩士班 === 103 === This study focuses on the career development of a sports university Female Principal, from her growth stage to education, development in the workplace and personality traits; to her contribution to dance and education. Using Social Learning Theory (Albert Bandura) and Benchmarking analysis to analyze our subject’s career development, sourcing from depth interviews and qualitative research study. This study conducts an analysis from growth stage, education, professional dance career and contribution, using the following aspects to construct the context of career development and impact on dance. According to the research, study findings are as follow. 1.The influence of family environment on academic concepts. 2.Family roles affect personality traits. 3.An influential role model plays a significant role in becoming a great educator. 4.High expectations for self is a strong motivator for successful career development 5.A humble attitude to learn from achievements of others. 6.Strict discipline shapes her into a successful benchmark modal.
