碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育舞蹈學系碩士班 === 103 === The main method of this study is action research.Participating in the production, I use methods including teamwork, learning and modeling, experience sharing and group discussion in order to solve the problems and overcome the difficulties that I encounter with the production process. I also use the video analysis and references to help me perform the movement well and interpret in-depth the roles in the dance. The final result shows that the active and positive attitudes with effecting communication are the essential elements of production and execution when I face the situations in the production.In the interpretation aspect, I found the reference help me to interpret the role and break my limitation. In the performance of body I found I can use the spin and torso flexibly. The techniques of duet and strength are improved. In the emotion, I am able to cross the barrier in different circumstances through changing the emotion. The production “Life Is A Dreamlike Illusion” changes the author’s attitude in dance. The production “Four Seasons” enriches the author’s dance life. After this production, I hope I can perform body in diverse ways for enriching me in interpretation dance techniques.
