Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 競技運動學系碩士班 === 103 === Objective:To investigate the characteristics and differences of functional movement performance in different team ball athletes. Methods:This study is based on 136 athletes(male 99, female 37) in the areas of basketball, handball, soccer and football in National Taiwan University of and Sport to conduct functional movement screening tests in order to obtain the score and the composite score of seven kinds of functional movement screening and to compare the differences between different team ball sports and different sexes. Results:There was no significant difference in the composite score of functional movement screening among different team ball players. 40 players’ composite score is less than 14 points. 40 players accounts for 29.4 percent of all participants. And the majority in Asymmetries is shoulder mobility. There are 38 players which accounts for 27.9 percent. Furthermore, between different gender athletes, there was no significant difference in the composite score functional movement screening, but the score of female athletes in deep squat, in-line lunge, shoulder mobility and active straight-leg raise is significantly higher than male athletes. However, in trunk stability push-up, the male athletes is significantly higher than female athletes. Conclusions:The composite score of functional movement screening in different team ball sports and different sexes is no difference, but the score of seven movements vary due to the characteristics of different team ball sports or gender differences.
